Google Redefines Disruption: The “Less Than Free” Business Model « abovethecrowd.com
Very interesting read. It now makes sense to me why so many companies were willing to jump on to Android now – it wasn’t that they were getting an OS for free, they are geting paid to use it. With the margins some of these companies are getting, it would be very hard to pass this deal up.
